The Mythical World Of J.R.R Tolkien

What should I do if someone is abusing others?

Report it to the Valar or Maiar via the 'Contact us' page is one option. You will need to provide the forum and topic where the abuse is contained. Then they will decide what course of action to take.
Alternattively you can report it on the 'Report abuse and spammers' forum under the Rules and Notices catagories. Again we will need the particular forum/s and topic/s of the abuse and who is abusing others.

Abuse will be dealt with swiftly.

What should I do if someone is clearly spamming?

The primary cuase for this is that someone wants to upgrade rank quickly by writing as many posts as possible. While this is resisted by only posting every 100 seconds it can still occur. Your best of reporting in the in the 'Report abuse and spam' forum. Give us the username and the forums and topics where the spam is occuring.
Alternatively you can contact the Maiar team via the
'Contact us' page.
