On this site there is a ranking system for members. As you progress on the forums the amount of posts you have written increases. Once you have reached a certain amount (see below for details) you  upgrade to the next rank. Unfortunately this is not an automated sytem. We will try to upgrade you to your next rank as soon as your posts allow. 
See the link at the bottom of this page to select one of the Kingdoms below that you wished to be ranked into on all the forums.

Note: Once you reach Rank 10 then you are given a privilege to edit any posts. Maiar however have more privileges.
Rank 9 and above members can access the private, places and languages forum and the loremaster forums.

If you do not select your Ranking Kingdom within 2 weeks of registering it will be chosen randomly.

Note: On all the forums you start off simply as 'Being lies with Eru - Rank  1'.

You will have a custom avatar on the ranks which state so. The custom avatars are shown below however they have may have lost some detail as to how they will appear on the forums themselves.

THE ANIMATED AVATARS MAY BE RUNNING SLOWER THAN HOW THEY APPEAR ON THE FORUM BECAUSE OF THE QUANTITY ON THE PAGE.

Select your Kingdom!

Apart from the above Kingdoms which you can choose from there are some Special Ranks. You cannot select to be one of these. They are given out by only The One. If he sees that you are of a particularly high quality standard Tolkien fan he may upgrade you to one of these ranks but this is a rare occurance. These ranks are an Elite race on par with that of Maiar. They have Maiar privilages, can access the private forums and have custom avatars. (animated and non-animated)
